The UNISPHERE™ pig is a seamless, liquid-cast polyurethane ball designed for batching and displacement. It can be used with liquid or dry natural gas, sweet or sour crude oil, and refined hydrocarbon products.

UNISPHERE™ Pig

4-inch through 24-inch.

Recommended operating temperature: -20°F to 185°F.
Easily inflated or deflated to fit most pipeline interiors, from standard wall to ultra-thin wall pipes.

Can also be further inflated to compensate for wear.

Polyurethane composition provides strong resistance to abrasion, low temperature and hydrocarbons.

Maximum flexibility and tear strength.

No swelling or blistering.

Ability to pour different durometers upon request.
Liquid management in natural gas lines.
