The ULTRA™ pig provides excellent batching and displacement performance while being lightweight and easy to use, thanks to its all-urethane construction. Because multiple configurations are possible, the ULTRA pig can even be used for light cleaning, batching and displacement in a single run.

Made of high-strength, structural grade urethane designed to withstand the load applied within a pipeline.

Available in four basic configurations.

All cups and discs are constructed from proprietary polyurethane that provides superior abrasion resistance for more miles at lower cost.

Cups and discs are interchangeable and replaceable.

Mounting plates can be added to accommodate pig tracking transmitters.
